As the United Nations adds Israel to a blacklist of nations after its recent annual report documenting sexual violence in conflicts worldwide, citing Israel’s prisons ‘engaged in systematic torture, rape, sexual humiliation, and degrading treatment of detained Palestinians’, we demand you take immediate action to denounce these actions, advocate for accountability, and pursue urgent policy measures to protect Palestinian human rights as our elected federal representative.
